Privacy Policy (Beta)

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Who we are

Clascope is operated by Zuvtor.com. You can reach us at support@clascope.com about anything in this policy.

2. What we collect

Information you give us

  • Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted, never in readable form).
  • Agency profile: agency name, team roles, rate card, branding, and similar settings.
  • Content you create or upload: client briefs, uploaded documents, clarification answers, and generated Statements of Work.
  • Anything you send us by email, including proposals you share for review.

Information we collect automatically

  • Basic usage data: which pages and features are used, so we can find problems and understand what is working.
  • Error reports when something breaks.
  • Standard technical information such as browser type and approximate location from your IP address.

Information about your clients

When you share a Statement of Work, we record the name entered on acceptance, along with the date, time, and IP address of that acceptance. This is the record of agreement between you and your client.

3. How we use it

  • To run the service and generate your documents.
  • To send you service emails, such as invitations, share links, and acceptance confirmations.
  • To provide support and respond to you.
  • To find and fix problems, and to understand which features are used.
  • To contact you about the beta, including when it ends.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for advertising.

4. AI processing

Generating a Statement of Work means sending your brief and agency profile to an AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the document.

Your content is not used to train AI models. We do not permit it, and we do not do it ourselves.

5. Improving Clascope during the beta

We may use content you create in Clascope to improve the product, for example to test and refine how well it reads briefs and spots gaps. When we do, we anonymise it first, removing your agency name, your client’s name, and any other identifying details.

When you send us a proposal for review as part of beta onboarding, we read it, discuss it with you, and keep it confidential. We do not share it with anyone, and we will delete it on request.

We also look at aggregate usage patterns, such as how many documents are generated or which features are used. This never involves reading your content.

6. Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in Singapore. Clascope is currently offered to users in the United States and Canada.

7. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, database-level access controls that keep each agency’s data separate from every other agency’s, and access restricted to the people who need it.

Shared document links use long, randomly generated tokens. A link gives access to that one document and nothing else. You can revoke a link at any time.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you promptly.

8. How long we keep things

We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your data within 30 days, except where we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Backups are retained for a limited period and are overwritten in the normal course.

9. Your choices

You can:

  • See and edit your agency profile and documents in the app at any time.
  • Ask for a copy of your data.
  • Ask us to delete your account and data.
  • Unsubscribe from non-essential emails. We will still send service emails, such as password resets, while your account exists.

Email support@clascope.com for any of these.

10. Children

Clascope is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will email you before the change takes effect.
