Terms of Use (Beta)
Last updated: August 28, 2026
1. What this is
Clascope is a tool for generating Statements of Work, built by Zuvtor. It is currently in private beta and available by invitation only.
By using Clascope you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Beta status
Clascope is unfinished software. That means:
- Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
- The service may be unavailable at times.
- We may end the beta, or your access to it, at any time.
- The beta is free. We will give you reasonable notice before the beta ends or before any charge applies, and we will never charge you without your explicit agreement.
We will contact you before the current beta period ends.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for what happens under your account, including anything done by team members you invite.
You must be authorised to enter into these terms on behalf of your agency, and you must be at least 18 years old.
4. Your content
Everything you put into Clascope, including your agency profile, client briefs, uploaded documents, and generated Statements of Work, remains yours. We claim no ownership over it.
You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload. If a client brief contains confidential information belonging to your client, that is your relationship to manage.
5. What Clascope produces
Clascope generates draft documents using AI. Please understand what that means:
- The output is a draft. It requires your review before it goes to a client. You are responsible for what you send.
- It is not legal advice. The terms, clauses, and protections in a generated Statement of Work are professional starting language, not legal counsel. Have a lawyer review documents you intend to be binding.
- Pricing, timelines, and estimates are suggestions based on the rate card and information you provide. They are not warranties, and we are not responsible for a project that runs over budget or over schedule.
- AI output can be wrong. It may miss things, misinterpret a brief, or state something inaccurately. The clarification queue exists to reduce that risk, not to eliminate it.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use Clascope to:
- Break the law, or help anyone else do so.
- Upload malicious code, or attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
- Access another agency’s data, or attempt to.
- Resell or white-label the service during the beta without our written agreement.
- Automate access at a scale that degrades the service for others.
7. Sharing documents with your clients
Clascope lets you share a Statement of Work with your client through a private link, and lets them accept it by entering their name.
This is a record of acceptance, not a legally binding electronic signature service. If your engagement requires formal e-signature, use a service built for that purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether this feature is appropriate for your situation.
You are responsible for who you send links to.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep Clascope running and to respond to beta users quickly, but during the beta we make no uptime commitment. Support is by email at support@clascope.com.
We take backups, but you should keep your own copies of documents that matter to you.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using Clascope at any time and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing support@clascope.com.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or if we end the beta.
10. Liability
Clascope is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Clascope. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which during the beta is nothing.
This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will email you. Continuing to use Clascope after that means you accept the updated terms.
12. Contact and law
Clascope is operated by Zuvtor.com. Questions about these terms: support@clascope.com.
